- PLEASE ALLOW 7-10 DAYS FOR DELIVERY IF CHOOSING GROUND SHIPPING. For wine quality purposes, we prefer to ship on Mondays or Tuesdays. This normally assures delivery in the same week. Freight carriers are experiencing delays during the holiday season. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- FOR FASTER SERVICE TO LOCATIONS OUTSIDE CA, PLEASE CHOOSE 2ND DAY AIR AND ALLOW 4-7 DAYS FOR DELIVERY. California residents should choose Ground for fastest delivery. Please email John if you have specific rush delivery needs.
- UPS REQUIRES AN ADULT SIGNATURE FOR ALL WINE DELIVERIES. If possible, use the address of an open business where someone is always available to sign for a delivery. If not, be sure an adult will be home to sign. If no one is home to sign for the shipment, it could be sent back to us and incur additional charges.
- SUMMER HEAT MAY PREVENT IMMEDIATE SHIPPING OF WINE TO SOME AREAS. We will check weather forecasts before processing your order and email you if there are any concerns.
